The Campus Development Office is responsible for design and management of all construction on campus.  This work includes:

1. Liaison between the University and it’s consultants and contractors

2. Design/Project Management of all new construction and facility renovation.

3. Caretaker of as-built drawings and specifications

4. University Space Management

Other groups in the Facilities department and the University contribute to construction projects in their areas of expertise.  These contributions are coordinated by the Campus Development Office.

Procedure for the release of drawings:

• Drawings are not allowed to be distributed to any party outside of AUS without the consent of the University Architect
