The Facilities Department provides services in the following areas:
 

1. Construction supervision of all new buildings and grounds projects on campus
2. Renovation of buildings and grounds on the academic campus
3. Maintenance for academic buildings and grounds
4. Support for AUS sponsored events

The department is divided into 4 sections as follows:

The Civil department and Campus Development share the project management and coordination of major construction and renovation projects with consultants, contractors and various government organizations.

Civil works performed in-house include:

• Carpentry including office construction, furniture construction and repair

• Masonry (block work, plaster, tiling, marble and interlock)

• Aluminum fabrication, key cutting and signage

• Painting

MEP Services

This department provides project supervision support for construction and renovation projects. 

MEP works performed in-house include:

• Mechanical (AC) maintenance through GECO subcontractors
• Electrical maintenance
• Plumbing maintenance
