This department is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of building systems, including:

• Audio/visual systems (AV)

• Building Management Systems (BMS)

• Access Control Systems (ACS)1

In addition, this department coordinates support efforts from the Facilities Department for University sponsored events.

• User access rights are granted through the Public Affairs Department.

Custodial Services

Custodial services, green plant care, waste disposal and pest control are provided through an outside contract and are managed by the Facilities department.
