Policy on payment of DCC fees

DCC fees must be paid at the beginning of each specified program for every child who attends the center. Fees are based on the fee schedule set by the university.

1. A salary deduction form must be signed or parents must pay by cash or check to the University Cashier and give a copy of the receipt to the DCC before the first day your child attends any DCC program (as specified above).
2. A Dhs. 50 registration fee will be included in your first DCC invoice only once annually.
3. Spring and fall invoices will be made for a whole semester (a semester is interpreted as four months).
4. All other programs will be invoiced according to the pre-program registration, which will be sent home in advance of the program's start.
5. The following programs are offered:
   -Half day
   -Full day
   -PM only (school age children aged 5 to 6, only as space permits)
6. A 20 percent discount will apply for the second dependent and every dependent thereafter. The discount only applies while both children are in attendance at the DCC.
7. The KG2 fee applies for the period from 8 to 1 p.m. only. Children staying after 1 p.m. will be charged at Dhs20 per hour.
8. Limited casual attendance may be available space permitting and will be charged at Dhs. 20 per hour and is available only if space permits.
9. Late fees, casual attendance fees and extra fees will be charged at the end of every month and must be paid immediately. The charge will be according to the policy regarding extra fees.
10. In the case that any fees remain outstanding beyond 15 days the child/children will no longer be able to remain at the center.
