PAYMENT OF YOUR SALARY

Salary Remittance

You may elect to automatically transfer part or all of the deposited salary to any other bank. AUS will maintain the required minimum deposits (to be refunded to AUS upon leaving employment). The deposit is 500 or 100 UAE dirham depending on your salary. There will be no charge for one salary transfer per month, to another bank of your choice.

A Guide to your payslip

Payslips can be viewed online by employees.
A communication in the form of an email is sent out by finance department as soon as the pay is transferred to the bank accounts of the employees. Employees can then view their payslips online with details of the bank the pay is transferred to or the check details.

Earnings comprise basic salary, other allowances, overtimes, overloads, etc.

Deductions are advances, fines, other recoveries, etc.

Any negative amounts in the deductions column are actually payments made to the employee like advances, annual indemnity payments, etc.

The net pay is the difference between earnings and deductions and is mentioned at the bottom of the slip.
