The
IT Support Services division is responsible for the
efficient delivery of technical services, solutions,
practices and guidelines for the American University
of Sharjah. Members of IT Support Services are certified
professionals, who constantly plan ways to improve the
technology available, increase efficiency and reduce
downtime and support costs for AUS.
Help Desk is your central point of contact for all
IT related problems and requirements and is available
on
Extension 2121 or email helpdesk@aus.edu
from 8am to 5pm Sunday thru Thursday, and on weekends
and public holidays for emergencies only on 050-3686349
.
IT
Support Services is responsible for providing and
maintaining IT related services. Please contact
IT Support to report any problems within the following:
- Telecommunications
- Networking
- Internet
- Email
accounts
- Network
operating system accounts
- PC
and Mac software and/or hardware.
Students
and Faculty receive assistance on site from their
Lab Technicians for office computers, lab computers,
printers and software.
Students
receive assitance at IT Support, main building, first
floor, room M130 for Laptop configuration.
Administrative
Staff receive assistance on site
from IT Support Engineers for their office computers,
