To provide the AUS students, faculty and staff with a centralized point of contact in order to minimize the customers’ downtime and reduce the response time by the following departments:
We are committed to professional and timely service in logging students, faculty and staff requests, and to resolving issues or referring them to the relevant service engineer or department. We will strive to continuously improve our service by educating our staff, measuring performance and monitoring customer satisfaction.
