All issues related to faculty and staff housing
units are the responsibility of HTS. For any
maintenance issues, please contact us through

related to furniture and household items, please
contact us via email at: hts@aus.edu.
Please
note that any requests over and above the regular
maintenance work will be charged to the requestor.
Some examples of services that will be charged
for are:
• Renovation, alteration, or improvements
to facilities.
• Painting or decorating beyond the level provided under basic maintenance
budgets.
• Providing special lighting or power points.
For
any maintenance issue or work order, please
email us on hts@aus.edu or contact the call center on
ext. 2100 from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm and 2:00
pm until 5:00 pm during normal working hours. However, the same extension
(2100) will be operating after 5:00 pm for
emergency requests only.
If non-emergency services are requested
by the tenant outside the HTS regular hours (8-5
Sunday toThursday), the residents will be charged
AED 250/-
