Customer Support
CENTRAL RECEIVING . All purchased items are physically checked for correctness, quantity and condition in conformance to PO/order requirements; documents verified, details logged in the system by the Receiving Stores personnel.
The receiving area is located in the basement of the Main building, where reception, required inspection, quality and quantity check of items from suppliers and vendors take place.
Information to and coordination with Central Receiving are required for intended delivery of items involving heavy, out of gauge, project, samples, those requiring special handling and lifting equipments.
Staging, Notification and Distribution . Items for stock are shifted to their respective store locations and inventory system is updated. For non-store items, ordering department is informed of the receipt; the items are either temporarily grounded in the transit store or immediately arranged for direct delivery to the concerned office. Users will receive system generated e-mail notification. RCV (receiving document) is printed and handed over to the Delivery in charge.
Receiving department must notify the Central Receiving (ext. 2034) for direct deliveries to users by vendors/suppliers or shipments thru the courier service.
All non-purchases, samples, personal items and the likes are not logged in the system.
The Central Receiving is open for deliveries from suppliers/vendors, freight forwarders and shipping agents from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Sunday thru Thursday.
DELIVERY . Timely delivery of the items to requesting party is carried out by our Delivery team. As soon as the store request is processed in the system, identified items are picked from designated store and arranged for immediate delivery. Arrangements are carried out with ordering department for delivery timing and appropriate reception.

Delivery Confirmation and Customer Acknowledgement . All deliveries covered by RCV (receiving document) and Issue Voucher (store items) must be signed for at the time of delivery (name of receiver and employee ID number). Receiving details are entered in the system for tracking purposes and delivery document kept on file.
