Post Office

The Post Office would like to expediently process all incoming mails for distribution.
In order for us to improve our service, we suggest
you include the following beneficial information to address all your incoming mails:

1)     Clearly state your 'Key Number' (our internal AUS mail box number) for those who have or subscribed to this.

2)     For those who do not have a 'Key Number',

o        incoming mails intended for Faculty – please state the name of School/College; and

o        name of Department or Division for AUS Staff; title or designation aids in identification.

3)     Mails for students who do not have key numbers will not be delivered.

CUT OFF TIME FOR OUTGOING MAILS/PARCELS:

§         10.00 AM Sunday thru Thursday, for mails (regular or via air including metered)

§         4.00 PM Sunday thru Thursday, for document/parcel via courier or express service

Mails and documents/parcels received after the cut off time will be handled the following business/working day.
