SA+D Alumni

Alumni of the AUS School of Architecture and Design participate and contribute to the profession of design, architecture and urban planning. Equipped to think both professionally and critically and deal both at the conceptual level as well as work with current advanced technologies in their fields, these young designers have earned privileged decision-making positions.

High-profile UAE development companies such as Emaar, Nakheel and Dubai Properties, as well Sharjah and Dubai municipalities and other design and architectural practices, employ SA+D alumni and interns. Some of our alumni have set up their own practices or have been invited to work in prestigious offices in Europe and the United States.

A good number of SA+D alumni have decided to advance their academic careers by pursuing their master’s degree or PhD at institutions abroad such as Harvard University, Yale, MIT and Columbia University in the United States, and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, the Royal College of Art and the Architectural Association in the UK.
