SA+D Events

The school is actively engaged in hosting lectures, exhibitions, seminars and conferences. These events are significant to students and faculty as well as the professional design community in Sharjah and Dubai. These events offer the opportunity to engage in open debates on the state of design in the region as well as the contemporary discourse in architecture, design and urban planning. Periodically, studio classes organize public reviews of student work with invited guests from the profession. Our students have the opportunity to work with colleague students from other academic institutions from around the world who travel to the region.
