Events Listings: Physics Education in the UAE

The colloquium aims at reviewing the state of physics education in the UAE. In particular, we wish to explore the reasons why few students are opting for a physics major at universities, and what efforts (physics programs, new curricula and textbooks, etc.) have been made at various institutions and different levels (high schools, universities, education zones, ministry, etc.).

The colloquium will consist of talks, including reports on the status of physics education at various institutions.
