This is one of the two largest Men’s Dorms. It was opened in year 2000 and re-named Averous.

This dorm caters to only Private rooms as well as Semi- Private rooms. The Semi-Private rooms are basically two individual rooms with a common toilet and Kitchenette. Like other dorms it has a TV Lounge, laundries, computer lab as well as a fitness room and car parking area.
