My teaching interests are quite broad. They include: Global Inequality, Sustainability and Development, Consumerism, Global Women's Studies,Quantitative and Qualitative Methodology, Survey Research Methodology, Applied Sociology, Demography, Population Studies, and many other areas of interest.
Research areas
My current research agenda includes several areas of study such as the intersection of Sport and Protest, Consumer Behavior and Sustainability, Sociolinguistic Global Comparisons, and Gender/Queer issues and public opinions. In addition, I have also conducted research in the following areas: Survey Research Methodology, Quantitative Research Methodology, Population Studies, Gender and Queer Studies, Global Inequality, Sustainability and Consumerism, Scholarship of Higher Education, etc.
