Mamoun F. Abdel-Hafez was a post doctoral researcher at University of California, Los Angeles for one year, working on an unmanned automated landing project. He also assumed a senior research engineer position at SySense Inc., working on high-accuracy estimation and sensor fusion algorithms design. His teaching area is in the dynamic systems, control, and estimation track. His research interests are in estimation, sensor fusion and fault detection and applications of GPS/IMU systems.
