Dr. Omar Belkhouja

Omar Belkhodja's teaching interests are varied and focus on these areas: organizational strategy and policy, international business/international management, organizational behavior, ethics and social responsibility and knowledge management. His research interests include foreign direct investment mechanisms in developing countries, knowledge management and transfer within and between organizations, knowledge utilization, innovation strategies and technical transfer in SMEs, organizational behavior, and collaboration between university, industry and government. He has published articles in journals such as Science Communication, Social Science and Medicine, and Scientometrics.
