Sarah Rasmi is a licensed psychologist and managing director of Thrive Wellbeing Centre in Dubai. She runs this professional practice while teaching and conducting research at AUS. Prior to joining AUS, she taught psychology at several universities in the UAE. Her research broadly focuses on two things: 1) family relationships, with emphasis on Arab populations in the Middle East and abroad; and 2) well-being in the UAE. She has published and presented this work both locally and internationally. She has also consulted with the UAE Government on a number of projects related to these issues.
