Final Manuscript Submission

Full-length papers must be written on 4 to 6 pages of A4 paper in adherence with the IEEE style guide. IEEE conference templates can be downloaded from this IEEE webpage.

Please use TrackChair system to upload your final manuscripts.

IEEE PDF eXpress™ Check

Before uploading the final manuscripts, authors must ensure their papers pass IEEE PDF eXpress™ checking system which can be accessed through The conference ID that should be used is: ICCSII12x.

Please be aware that PDF eXpress™ site for ICCSII conference will be closed by IEEE shortly after ICCSII takes place. We expect all authors to use PDF eXpress™ and upload their final manuscripts before November 30th, 2012 deadline. IEEE Copyright

IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers. A signed IEEE copyright form for each accepted paper must be submitted by email to

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth by IEEE. Please post one of the following clearance codes on the first page of your final manuscripts:

· For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright.

· For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-4673-5157-7/13/$31.00 ©2013 Crown.

· For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-4673-5157-7/13/$31.00 ©2013 IEEE.

Initial Manuscript Submission

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. All accepted and presented papers will be considered for publishing in IEEEXplore, in accordance with IEEE guidelines.  Selected papers will be published in one or more special issues of reputed, abstracted, and indexed journals.
