How can cooking help mitigate climate change? Come and find out with an AUS Sustainability chef and nutritionist and learn how to cook for the climate and your health in the most delicious, affordable and simplest ways.
About the speaker
Nathalie M. Curabba is a sustainability coordinator at AUS. She is a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Health-supportive Chef. Her work at AUS Sustainability bridges the gap between our physical and mental health and planetary health via food. She is passionate about cooking whole foods and sharing that with university students who can make a lasting impact by creating good personal and planetary habits.
