A Night of Tarrab

Presented by Ayman Tayseer and Nasser Salameh

Tuesday, January 30, 7:00 p.m.

This concert featuring Ayman Tayseer and Nasser Salameh will bring the audience back to the golden days of two great classical Arabic singers: Mohammed Abdel Wahhab and Abdel Halim Hafez. The traditional melodies will beautifully blend with “Mawaweel,” bringing back memories of well-known Arabic heritage songs. In addition, Dr. Tayseer will perform Sufi songs from famous Sufi poetry collections. The two artists will stay true to the faith and passion of Tarab melodies, continuing their dreams of preserving their Arabic musical heritage.
