Role of the IAS in International Scientific Outreach
Lecture By: Dr. Moneef R. Zou'bi
Moneef Zou'bi is the Director General of the Islamic World Academy of Sciences (IAS). He has been a researcher in S&T policy for over 25 years, particularly interested in the history of science and the role of academies of sciences, in science diplomacy, and in the development of natural resources. He has undertaken scientific missions and given lectures on science, technology, and education in over 25 countries. In 2010, he co-authored the ground-breaking Arab States chapter of the 2010 UNESCO Science Report.
