Microsoft representatives visit AUS
A team from Microsoft visited American University of Sharjah (AUS) on February 28 to discuss with student internships and full time positions available at Microsoft.
Over 90 students from a wide variety of majors attended the information session, which was addressed by Naim Yazbeck, Regional Director, Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG), Microsoft Gulf; Zain Al Jawhari, AUS alumna, Service Deliver Manager, Microsoft; and Imad Fares, University Recruiting Account Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Middle East and Africa.
While Yazbeck shared the Microsoft vision with the students, Fares took the students over the recruitment process of the company and how they could apply for jobs and internships. At the end of the session, Al Jawhari spoke of her experience at Microsoft and how the company added value to her personal and professional life.
The event was organized by Career Services at AUS.
