Mariyam Siddiqi | Chancellor's Cup Recipient

Chemical engineering graduate Mariyam Siddiqi has been awarded the Chancellor's Cup in recogition of her high academic achievement and siginificant contribution to student life at AUS.

"The university experience depends not just on the selected institution but majorly on what the individual makes of it. A year on from my last exam at AUS, I want to say I'm grateful. Grateful to every part of AUS that I was able to utilize: Career Services, Student Affairs, Student Leadership Program, Library, Research Labs, Sports Complex and all facilities. Grateful for the guidance and recognition. And if there's one message I could give as a 'Corona Graduate' and the struggles, crisis and confusion that came with it, it would be to be grateful! 

As an AUS graduate, I am grateful to now be working with Henkel as R&D Chemist in the Laundry Care Products Development. 

Congratulations to the Class of Spring 2020. I urge us all to give back to AUS and future AUSers with the same passion and compassion that we were given! Let's pledge to dedicate a part of us and our being to this community that paved way for our achievements!"
