When recently reviewing the material from my Advanced Concrete Design course, I suddenly found myself back in those days in class and in the library searching for necessary materials for the assignments. All those good days came back to me, and I noticed how much I learned from my classes and how many times I felt proud in front of others while delivering precious engineering opinions that I gained from class.
I remember how many times my classmates and I complained about the volume of assignments. However, today I wish that we'd been assigned even more. I wish I could talk to current students and transfer this valuable experience to them and suggest that they ask for more, and to tell them to keep and guard every single document from class.
