Undergraduate Application for 2008-2009

The application is available in one of the following formats:

Please download either, then print the application form, fill it in and send it to the following address:

Please make sure to include the following items with your application:

• School grade 10, 11 and 12 (if available when applying) result reports, and SAT scores (as applicable).
• Four recent passport-size photographs.
• A photocopy of your passport.
• A non-refundable application fee of 200 UAE Dirhams (One US Dollar is equivalent to 3.65 UAE Dirhams).
• Transfer applicants, an additional non-refundable application fee of 300 UAE Dirhams. Deductible once enrolled.

        Payments to the AUS cashier are accepted in any of the following forms:

• Cash denominated in UAE Dirhams.
• Current dated UAE Dirhams check or demand draft, drawn on a bank located in the UAE.
• Debit cards and all major credit cards except American Express (Card payment is subject to handling fees).
• Direct transfer to Sharjah Islamic Bank account number 0029-200170-001.  The SWIFT Code is NBSHAEAS. Please ensure that the applicant’s full name as spelled in the passport is mentioned in the transfer and the transfer confirmation is faxed to AUS Student Accounts at +(971) 6 515 2190, or sent by e-mail to studentaccounts@aus.edu.

In addition to the above, you may wish to e-mail us a completed application form along with digitally scanned transcripts of your secondary education results for grades 10, 11 and 12 (if available), and SAT scores (as applicable) to:

This will allow us to initiate your application for admission prior to receiving your application form and the other documents by mail.
