Tuition Fees for Academic Year 2008 - 2009

Students admitted to the School of Business and Management are required in their first semester to purchase a designated laptop at AUS during orientation week.
Students admitted to the School of Architecture and design are required at the outset of their third year to purchase a designated laptop.
AUS is evaluating additional student laptop programs and support. Prospective student in any program should not purchase laptop for use at AUS with checking first with their major school or program. Monitor this website for additional and updated information : http://www.aus.edu/laptops

Housing Fees for Academic Year 2008–2009

There are 13 separate campus residential halls for men and women. Residence on campus is optional and only available for undergraduate full-time registered AUS students who have paid or arranged for the payment of their room, tuition and other university fees. Other student categories may be considered depending on the availability of rooms. Accommodations ranging from private rooms to double rooms are available. Payments

Payments to the AUS cashier are accepted in the following forms:

• Cash in UAE Dirhams only.
• Current dated UAE Dirhams check drawn on a UAE located bank or banker’s draft in UAE Dirhams (banker’s drafts in other currencies are subject to an approximately 90 UAE Dirhams collection charge).
• Visa Card and Master Card (card payments are subject to handling fees).
• Direct transfers to Sharjah Isalamic Bank account number 0029-200170-001, Swift Code NBSHAEAS.

• Please ensure that the student’s name as spelled in the passport and his/her AUS ID number are noted in the transfer.
• Please fax the confirmation of the transfer to the Student Accounts Department at +(971) 6 515 2190.
