5. Evaluation of local site soil dynamics effects (e.g., liquefaction potential, amplification, resonance effect, design response spectra).
6. Geotechnical earthquake engineering design (e.g., pile foundation design, retaining structures design, earth structures design, offshore foundation design, ports and harbor design).
