Welcome to the Office of Public Affairs

The Office of Public Affairs works to strengthen and improve relationships between the university and the internal, local, regional and international communities.

Directed by Mr. Salem Yousef Al Qaseer, the Office of Public Affairs coordinates visits of senior officials to the university and corresponds with the government and diplomatic missions on behalf of the university, in addition to many other tasks.

The Office of Public Affairs also includes the following departments:

Public Relations
This department handles all official government documents and transactions for students, faculty and staff. A special division assists international students. The security division manages the parking system and law enforcement.

Media and Printing
This department ensures effective working relationships with the media, manages the university’s publications, and suggests and implements the university’s communications strategies, including the media marketing campaigns.

Events Division
This division is essential in planning and organizing events on campus.
