MISSION STATEMENT
OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR
The Office of the Registrar has the sole responsibility for recording and maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the permanent records of all of the students.
The Office of the Registrar enforces the spirit and mission of the university by enforcing the academic regulations and policies of the university. It is our mission to disseminate the academic policies of the university and to record the academic record of the student in relation to those policies.
In addition, the Office of the Registrar will provide in an accurate and timely fashion, classroom scheduling, schedule of classes, course registration, certification of enrollment, transfer credit evaluation, transcript of record, and evaluation of student’s credentials for graduation.
Where technology is used to enhance the performance of the Office of the Registrar, the Office of the Registrar will prepare training guides and offer end-user training in the use of technology as it pertains to improving services to students, faculty, support staff and alumni without sacrificing the security of records.
In carrying out the above tasks, the Office of the Registrar will treat all students fairly and with respect, regardless of their race, color, gender, religion, disabilities, age or national origin.
