Message from our Director
It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Achievement Academy at American University of Sharjah. We provide opportunities for students of all ages to develop their English skills to maximize success in their university and personal and professional experiences. We do this through two programs: the Achievement Academy Bridge Program (AABP) for students registered at AUS and the Achievement Academy Outreach Program (AAOP) for government employees, corporate clients and individuals.
Our highly experienced team of instructors and student support staff use their professional and pedagogical expertise and their passion for education to create a positive, supportive and student-centered environment. At the Achievement Academy, we see ourselves as a springboard that can help you unlock your personal and professional goals—whether that’s accelerating your transition into university life or successfully going after a new promotion at work.

Bridge Program
The Achievement Academy Bridge Program eases students' transition to undergraduate studies through tailored courses focused on improving English proficiency and university preparedness.
Outreach Program
Since 2008, the Achievement Academy Outreach Program (AAOP) has provided tailored English language courses to government agencies, corporate clients and individuals seeking academic and professional advancement.

Life on Campus
The Achievement Academy is located in the Main Building, right in the heart of the AUS campus.
It’s a short walk to the Library, the Student Center, all of the colleges, the Sports Complex and the residential halls.
Many AABP students choose to live in AUS’ residential halls and thrive in these living/learning communities.
