Transportation & Parking
Complimentary pick up and drop off will be available from three hotels in Sharjah on both days of the conference. The conference bus will pick up attendees from the Millennium Hotel at 7:45am, from the Holiday Inn at 8:00am, and from the Raddisson SAS at 8:15am.
The drive from Dubai International Airport or Sharjah International Airport takes approximately 40 minutes to reach most hotels in Sharjah or Dubai in regular traffic conditions.
The taxi fair for a 20-minute ride can vary between 55-75 UAE Dirhams (3.65 UAE Dirhams = 1 US Dollar) depending on traffic conditions. Some hotels offer airport drop-off and pick-up free of charge. Note that Abu Dhabi International Airport is a two hour drive to Sharjah.
Free parking spaces for visitors are available at the American University of Sharjah. The main parking lot designated for visitors is: P16 (mosque parking). Additional parking spaces will be available as well and indicated by directional signs bearing the conference name.
