ASCE Student Chapter

Established in 1852, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is one of the oldest engineering organizations in the world. The ASCE AUS International Student Group (ASCE-AUS ISG) was established in 2003. ASCE-AUS ISG offers students an excellent opportunity to learn more about the civil engineering profession, gain valuable contacts with engineering employers, and get to know other students in the program. Our monthly meetings feature speakers from a variety of fields such as transportation, structures, geotechnical, water resources, environment, materials, construction and construction management engineering. ASCE-AUS ISG organizes many activities throughout the year such as community service events, socials and field trips.
