Khalil Darwish received his B.Sc. degree in Software Engineering from the University of Jordan in 1994. In 1995, he worked as an instructor in the Department of Computer Science at The Intermediate University College in Amman, Jordan, where he taught database, data structures, systems analysis, computer networks, C, C++ and Visual Basic. In 1998, he worked as an instructor of diploma and professional courses at the Al-Khawarizmi Center in Dubai (in collaboration with the Liverpool John Moores University). He joined AUS in 2000 as Computer Systems Engineer in the College of Engineering .
