Admission to all AUS graduate programs is processed through the Office of Enrollment Management.
Graduate admission committees within each program review the candidate's application and make recommendations for admission.
Enrolling at AUS is a three step process:
Download and fill out the graduate application form
Compile the supporting documents mentioned below with your application form:
- Two recent passport size photographs
- A photocopy of your passport
- A non-refundable application fee of AED 350 (US Dollar 1 = AED 3.65)
- Official transcript and graduation diploma
- TOEFL and GMAT score reports as required (if available at the time of applying)

International applicants are required to present an equivalency of their degree from the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research located in Abu Dhabi. Make sure the required certifications/attestations (as per the Ministry's requirement) are done prior to leaving your country of residence. This will allow for submission of the equivalency application to the Ministry with its supporting documents upon your arrival to the UAE. Once the Ministry receives the required, a receipt is issued promptly, which is the final stage of the equivalency process.
Also note that all applicants would need to show evidence of the following:
- A minimum paper-based TOEFL score of 550 or internet-based TOEFL score of 80 (for full admission)
- A minimum paper-based TOEFL score of 530 or internet-based TOEFL score of 71 (for conditional admission)

In addition to the process above, you may e-mail the completed application form along with digitally scanned transcripts and supporting documents to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will allow us to initiate your application for admission prior to receiving your application form and the other documents by mail.
Please remember that incomplete applications are not processed.
Keep in mind that applicants must satisfy both general university requirements for graduate study and graduate program-specific admission criteria. The Office of Enrollment Management/Graduate Admissions will notify you of the university's final decision.
