Departing AUS/Passport Custody 

Upon graduating or withdrawing from AUS, a visa sponsored by the university must be cancelled.

To cancel your visa, submit your original passport, your UAE ID and pay a fee of 50 UAE Dirhams.

Passport Custody

All students whose residence visas are sponsored by the university are required to submit their passports to our office for safekeeping. Students who do not have their UAE residency through the university may use our passport custody service if desired.

To pick up your passports, we require a permission letter from their parent or guardian through fax to +971 6 515 2078 or email to ois@aus.edu. Passports may be picked up from our office during working hours from Sunday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After working hours or on weekends, you may pick up your passports by calling the emergency number +971 6 515 2222.
