Campus Community takes part in Fun Run

Forty-four staff, faculty and their families took part in the fun run/walk held on the ring road that goes around AUS this Saturday, October 22.

"It's great to have the opportunity to both socialize and exercise with friends and colleagues," said Cindy Baker, an instructor in the School of Business and Management who participated in the five-kilometer circuit.

All participants were entered into a prize draw where they were given the opportunity to win one of six gift bags. The gift bags contained a water bottle, towel, mug, pen, car sun visor and a plush toy.

The Fun Run was held by the Wellness Program in cooperation with the University Health Center. The next fun run/walk is scheduled for Saturday, November 19.
