Frequently Asked Questions 1) How long can I stay in the dorm? Normally, all the Residential Halls are open during the semester and during short semester breaks. During the short semester break you can stay subject to getting prior permission from the Residential Halls Department. Furthermore, if permission is granted a fee of AED 30.00 per night will have to be paid by you. The Summer semester is an exception when only few of the dorms operate. Students are supposed to pack up there belongings and store them in their rooms if the rooms are reserved for the next semester. For those students intending to stay in the dorms, during the summer semester, they have to be register for Summer courses. For Internships students the documents required for staying in summer are : Letter from the School confirming that you will be on internship and the period of it. Letter from parents confirming that you will stay at the dorm in summer.
