16) What if I want to transfer to another room? Students are allowed to switch rooms once only during the semester. The Manager of Residential Halls will entertain the request for room transfer based on a valid reason. Students reserve the right to request for change in their room type or dorms. Students wishing to upgrade their accommodation are required to pay the difference prior to shifting. Students wishing to down grade their room will be compensated according to the withdrawal policy stated in the RH agreement.
