Events Division

The Events Division in the Office of Public Affairs is the initial stop in organizing any event on campus. This division keeps a comprehensive calendar of events that is essential in choosing appropriate dates for upcoming events. 

The role of the events coordinator is to advise you in the initial steps of planning and direct you to the appropriate individuals for all your event requirements.
For any inquires regarding events, please contact Mrs. Haifa Ismail (office: Main Building, M257; phone: 06 515 2289). She will provide you with an events manual that provides vital information for event planning.

The Events Division also coordinates the AUS Discount Privilege Program.
