Dr. Olatunbosun Ishaq Tijani

Dr. Olatunbosun Ishaq Tijani is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Arabic Studies at American University of Sharjah. He holds BA and MA degrees in Arabic studies from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. Formerly, he taught Arabic language and literature and Islamic studies at the University of Ibadan.

Research Interests: Classical and modern Arabic literature, Arabic feminist writings, Arabic literature of Sub-Saharan Africa.
