Rules and Regulations
Dorms Leave and Curfew
- All resident students are expected to sleep at the residential halls every night, except during official dorm closing periods.
- No leave is given during the week days. Students may only apply for leave on weekends with approval of their parent(s) or guardian.
- Leave during the week is only authorized in cases of emergency or under special circumstances and must be approved by the Judicial Affairs Department.
- During the week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), all residents are expected to be in their respective dorms by 12 midnight. During weekends, (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) they must be in by 1:00 a.m.
- Continuous violation of curfew/attendance regulations may result in a Hold on the room reservation for the next semester or dismissal from the residential hall for one semester or more.
- Late or absent students will be requested to sign an undertaking form to confirm their lateness or absence and holding them responsible for any
- leave form authorization will remain valid for the entire period of student stay unless a notification stating the contrary (cancellation of this form) is submitted from the parent side to Residential Halls Department or Judicial Affairs.
