• Gowns distribution
• Regalia: 10:00 am to 13:00 pm and from 14:00 pm until 16:00 PM, Main building, Ground floor, office # MG44 or MG46  “Office of Development and Alumni Affairs”
• Rings: to be updated

25 - June 04, 2008

• Student are able to collect the commencement invitation tickets after completing the Graduating Student Survey (Office of the Registrar's 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. office number MG 19). For inquiries on extra tickets please contact Ms. Jinane Khatib on +(971) 6 515 2207, office: M261, second floor, main building.

June

• Commencement Rehearsal. Students must attend the rehearsal if they are attending the Commencement. University City Hall, 10:00 a.m. 

• Class Photograph the class photo will be taken at 2:00 p.m. outdoors after the commencement lunch

• Commencement Lunch - The lunch will be held at 12:00 pm at the AUS Main Building Rotunda

• Yearbook Office

05, 2008

• Graduates and Faculty form professional (University City Hall) 9:00 a.m.
• Commencement, seating of parents and VIP. Tickets required. 10:00 a.m.
• Commencement Photograph & Stage Class Photograph- will be distributed digitally to each graduate courtesy of the Office of Development and Alumni Affairs.
