SA&D collaborates with Egyptian university

A student delegation from Al Misr International University visited AUS this semester to work on an important collaborative project with students from the School of Architecture and Design(SA&D).

The studio project between the two universities comprised students from both institutions and sought viable solutions to revitalize the historic Al Mureijah urban center of Sharjah through the design of various public buildings. The visiting delegation also took part in the all-school meeting held by SA&D in February, which was addressed by Dr. Fatih Ahmet Rifki, Dean of SA&D, as well as several faculty members.
