Photography is one of the most powerful forms of artistic communication, causing time to stand still in order to engage and captivate audiences.

Through our minor in photography, you will receive both technical instruction and develop your creativity in order to skillfully produce your own portfolio of photographic works. From the studying the history of photography, to understanding photojournalism, to being part of a creative studio experience under the direction of our inspiring faculty, we offer a program which can establish you in a career as a professional photographer, or simply complement your studies in your chosen major.
