Effective written and oral communication skills, language sensitivity, research abilities, multicultural and interdisciplinary understanding, and critical thinking strategies are essential elements of the BAELL degree, and these are exceptionally valuable to employers from all types of organizations. Graduates of the BAELL program possess the knowledge, skills and experience that allow them to be competitive applicants for careers in corporate, government, education, non-profit and creative sectors, both locally and globally.
