Professional Development Courses

P102 Project Management using Primavera P6

This four-day course leads you through handson workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

P106P Advanced Project Management in Primavera P6

This two-day course provides in-depth project management training in Primavera's client/ server-based solution. Developing the skills learned in Basic Course 102, the advanced 106P course covers advanced subjects such as earned value analysis, updating baselines and top-down budgeting.

P960 Planning and Control using Microsoft Project

The course includes actual projects as examples with hands on training. A key objective of this course is to allow participants to practically link the project management processes based on the PMI-PMBOK Guide Fourth Edition with Microsoft Project 2010, the goal is to achieve an effective use and under

P905 Project Management Professional (PMP)

PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)certification is accepted worldwide as proof of project management experience and competency. Having a PMP certification proves you have an advanced level of experience and project management knowledge standing of these processes.

P916 Certified Associate Project Manager

The Project Management Institute's (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is accepted worldwide as proof of project management competency. Having a CAPM certification proves that you have project management knowledge of industry's best practices, as well as capability to study for and pass a rigorous examination.

P927 Project Management for Everyone/A Non-Technical Approach

This two-day course provides practical skills that enable you to better manage all aspects of your projects and increase your team's performance by utilizing effective communication skills.

BIM101 Introduction to the Process of BIM session- Level 1 Training

This course introduces Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its variants and emphasizes the importance of inter-operability. Attendees will be provided with an overview on how to get started with BIM. This training offers the foundation required for all BuildingSMART Training courses.

BIM102 Introduction to the Process of BIM session- Level 2 Training

BIM Level II training is a seminar on the practical application of BIM. This course will introduce advanced BIM concepts and terminologies. Also, the course will examine implementing BIM in an organization as well as practical applications in the live project environment.

EA700 Building Information Modeling  (BIM)/Applied through REVIT

This course introduces the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and applies it through REVIT. By the end of the course, you will be able to construct digitally a small building using smart objects, analyze its design and construction using techniques such as solar studies, walk through and sectional perspectives and communicate the design through plans, sections, elevations and perspectives.

L201 LEED Core Concepts and Strategies

This workshop is intended for anyone who wants more than a basic understanding of LEED, including those with a stake in their company's or community's building practices, those directly involved in green building projects and those pursuing GBCI's LEED Green Associate credential.

L251 LEED Level BD+C

This workshop introduces the credit intents, key elements, main requirements, and reference standards of the Green Building Design and Construction (BD+C) LEED rating systems. The course examines all prerequisites and credits in LEED BD+C's six credit categories: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy& Atmosphere, Indoor Environmental Quality, Materials & Resources, and Innovation in Design; it also addresses Regional Priority credits.

PE600 Piping Engineering Certification

The College of Engineering at AUS and in collaboration with Pinnacle Knowledge Group and Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, introduces to the region the first online-contact piping engineering course. Engineers from all around the world have enrolled in this course. Due to its success, a vast number of organizations have added this course as a part of their annual training calendar.

A880 Introduction to ANSYS (Finite Element  Analysis)

This four-day course is designed to train professionals and students on the use of the Traditional ANSYS Graphical User Interface. Students will learn how to perform linear static stress (trusses, frames, and plane 2D and 3D problems), thermal and thermal-stress analysis.

C500 CISSP Exam Preparation

The Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification is a highly required qualification by those making a career in IT security. This five-day course is designed to help you prepare for the CISSP certification.

PT230 Preparing Patent Applications Workshop

This course is intended to teach attendees how to file an international patent application under Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) rules. The Patent Cooperation Treaty is an international treaty that enables applicants to apply for patents anywhere in the world, online via the Internet, to a central UN-managed World Intellectual Property Organization, which examines the application and generates a report on patentability of the application.

PT250 Drafting Patent Documents

This course is intended to teach attendees how to draft a patent application starting from title to claims under Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) rules. Patent Cooperation Treaty is an international treaty that enables applicants to apply for patents anywhere in the world, online via the Internet, to a central UN-managed World Intellectual Property Organization, which examines the application and generates a report on patentability of the application.
