The AUS Department of English and the Sharjah International Book Fair present a talk by James King
A freelance writer for more than 25 years, King's publishing credits include the San Francisco Chronicle, Chicago Tribune, New York Daily News, and a wide variety of business publications. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds an MA in Writing from Manhattanville College.
His first novel, Bill Warrington's Last Chance, was the Grand Prize winner of the 2009 Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award and was published by Viking/Penguin in 2010.
