I Found IT @ AUS: Sharakah Information Technology Competition (May 2013)
American University of Sharjah (AUS) will host the Sharakah Information Technology Competition on May 2, 2013. Open only to students from schools participating in the AUS Sharakah program, the competition has three tracks: presentation, database development and programming skills.
AUS has signed Memoranda of Understanding with a number of secondary schools in the UAE under the Sharakah program whereby AUS will offer patronage of selected research, cultural, social and sporting activities and events. The program aims at helping school students make a smooth transition to the university level.
The IT competition is organized in collaboration between the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the College of Engineering, and the Office of Enrollment Management at AUS.
