Medical Emergencies
As per the updated Emergency Evacuation Plan Medical Emergency procedures have already been established within the AUS medical Department.

Signs of Medical Emergency
- Fainting
- Difficulty in breathing, shortness of breath
- Sudden dizziness, weakness or change in vision.
- Coughing up or vomiting blood.
- Suicide or homicidal feelings
- Sever or persistent vomiting.
- Chest or upper abdominal pain or pressure.
- Change in mental status (unusual behavior ,confusion , difficulty arousing)
- Sudden, sever pain anywhere in the body.
What to Do
- Keep emergency phone numbers posted by the phone (List attached)
- Go to the nearest hospital.
Call Ambulance
To call the ambulance directly in case of having serious life threading condition otherwise calls the medical emergencies hot line.
